Programs such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop are the best for creating the desired layout of your print. However if you do not have access to these programs, and your designs are done using Microsoft programs, fear not.
Main difference: The files created by Microsoft programs are in RGB format instead of CMYK print format. We will always check on our end, convert it into CMYK format before sending you a digital design proof for your approval. You can read up on the difference between RGB and CMYK
in our blog.
Extra note: Microsoft Word doesn't automatically enclose text fonts, which could cause strange symbols and shifts to appear during printing, even if you simply saved the Word file as a PDF. Please carefully review our digital design proof for any error in text font settings.
