Customer service via carousell was terrible. Person would suddenly stop replying on important questions, resulting in miscommunications that ruined the product by making image size fill rather than fit, cutting off half the design. When I asked for a replacement, I had to prompt multiple times to get an answer for whether it could arrive in time. Had to change my plans multiple times and delivery to buyer will now be significantly delayed. Experience was very frustrating and I hope to never use this service again.

Print market is amazing. Calvin has been an excellent host in answering your queries promptly and allowing you to see how they would make your poster in the size that you like. The quality of the prints are top notch. Not to mention, the price range is a plus point.

Easy to order, fast to arrive

Just a small minor issue that I encountered was that the sides of the sticker sheet were slightly folded in the polymailer when I received it. Otherwise, everything is alright.
